I want to play listening rooms, theaters, museums, sanctuaries, art galleries, caves, living rooms and anywhere on a river at sunset. I don’t want to bring my bass, it’s soul and timbre and resonance, to another bar to play next to the glowing atm machine, while the bartender slings well whiskey to the passersby. Nothing against well whiskey. Or Nashville. Or passersby. I just can’t have another hole in my bass from some barfly who lost his wings six shots back and three sheets in. I want to create reverence for art. I make my living on tips and gigs. I want to make my dying playing for rooms full of listeners, watching as I honor my craft. I want to be on any stage, any corner, and any place that allows me to do that freely and fully.

If you have that kind of place, let’s touch bass.
